We handle enquiries during our published opening hours. If you contact us over the weekend or on a bank holiday, we will review your message when the office reopens. For time-sensitive queries, please call during office hours.
Is there a charge for advice?
LifePro does not charge a broker fee for protection quotes and there is no obligation to buy; an insurer pays commission if a policy starts. For mortgages, any broker fee is confirmed in writing before you commit.
Can I visit your office in person?
Yes, you're welcome to visit our office, but we recommend calling ahead to arrange an appointment. Most of our consultations are conducted over the phone or online for your convenience, but we're happy to meet face-to-face if you prefer.
